MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Amateur applicants for membership must have an index not exceeding 16.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
TUESDAY prior to an event – Call (508) 394-1287
PROS AT COURSES HOSTING LEAGUE EVENTS MAY ENTER BETWEEN
8:30 – 11:00 A.M. Only one designated host pro per club
All other pros call from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M.
Amateurs not on Teams call from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M.
TEAMS WILL BE FINALIZED BY 2 PM ON THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT
A pro is allowed to bring three amateurs provided they are members and fall within the index guidelines.
FORMAT REGULATIONS
Only an amateur with an index of 3.5 or less may bring his/her own team. He/she must play at scratch & may have only one other on his/her own team with an index of 5 or less. This format may be used only when there is no pro available.
A pro may have only one amateur on his/her team with an index of 3.5 or less. Check bulletin board for conditions of play and Tournament Format.
CCPAL RULES
Each scorecard requires four signatures before turning scorecard into the scorer’s table. Players, not signing scorecards will forfeit their prize.
Scorecards of winners are checked. Results in newspapers are not necessarily final. Pro is responsible for scorecards.
All players must be registered 15 minutes prior to start of tournament. A tardy player may be replaced unless his/her entry fee has been paid.
Groups finishing on par 3’s must bring in the closest-to-the-pin markers and tapes.
USGA RULES & GOLF ETIQUETTE
Except as modified by local rules, USGA Rules of Golf apply. When ball is played “UP”, player may lift, clean, & place their ball within one club length, not nearer the hole.
All roads & cart paths, whether paved or not, are obstructions. Relief under Rule 24 – 2.
Observe etiquette, replace divots, rake bunkers, repair ball marks, & be prudent about where you drive golf carts. To speed play, hit when ready, & pick up when out of hole.
Proper attire is expected. Jeans, cutoffs, and collarless shirts are prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the course is forbidden.

PROS PLEASE NOTE
If a pro calling in a team on Tuesday needs players, the league will do its best to fill that team. If we are unable to fill the team; we will blind draw a player to do so.
A pro calling in a full team on Tuesday and having a team member fail to show up will not receive a blind draw.
An entrant unable to play and not advising the host course one hour before their tee time is subject to a $50.00 fine.
BLIND DRAW POLICY
If a player is drawn on a team he/she is in fact part of that team in all regards (team prize, skins).
In the event the drawn player wins with more than one team, he/she will receive the higher valued prize. Players will not be eligible for more than one prize due to having only paid one entry fee.
LEAGUE RULE REGARDING BEING LATE FOR STARTING TIME
If all other members of the team have not hit second shots the late player my hit his/her tee shot and join his team (no penalty).
If they have all hit their second shots he/she my join them on the next tee and play only the remaining holes not being eligible for any individual prize pro or am. But will be eligible for team prize and skins.
If in fact you choose to let the team behind you go {without League approval) and miss your time, 2 stroke penalties will be assessed to each player on the team.
AMATEUR CREDITS
Amateur credits are redeemable at the course where they are won.
We advise contacting the pro shop before traveling to redeem credits
to ensure that on-duty employees have access to the credit amount information.
AMATEURS PLEASE NOTE
All CCPAL Scores Must Be Posted To Your GHIN Account. This is your responsibility.
If you pick up on one or more holes, use Equitable Stroke Control to fill in the uncompleted holes and post your score accordingly.
Your GHIN Account Activity Will Be Checked
If Your Scores Are Not Being Posted (CCPAL or other events, etc.) your League Index Will Be Subject to adjustment.
